Return Policy for Personalized Items

100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy - We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise.  Our guarantee includes exchanges only.  No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.  Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Printamentals cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.  Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee.  Printamentals will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement).  Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed.  Printamentals will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only.  Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate *Rush-Shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY.  Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date No Exceptions. All merchandise returns/exchanges must have an RA NUMBER.

To obtain an RA# (return authorization number), follow these simple steps:

  1. Email info@printamentals.comor call 000-000-0000 and ask to speak to the customer service department to discuss your options (your RA# will be emailed to you within 24 hours)
  2. Place the RA # given on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department in our offices.  RA shipments must be returned within 10 business days of RA approval. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving without a return authorization number clearly written on the exterior of the package will be returned to sender at the cost of the sender.
  3. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly as Printamentals is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.  Items returned with insufficient packaging will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
  4. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as Printamentals cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

 

Return Package/Order Fees – Often orders are returned for a bad address, customer refusal or other misc reasons.  In these situations, fees are often assessed directly from the shipper and are therefore passed along to you. Printamentals will handle as follows;

  1. Address Correction: All shippers require a VALID delivery address.  Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees.  Our flat address correction fee is $15.00. All additional fees will be assessed directly to the original order invoice and may be done so without notice. 
  2. Orders/Packages returned by shipper: When a shipment is sent back to Printamentals by the shipper, Printamentals will attempt to contact you as soon as possible for direction.  If we are unable to contact you for resolution within 10 business days Printamentals will ship the package directly to you at your cost.  All packages returned to Printamentals by the shipper will incur return handling fees.  Return shipment fees typically equal the initial ship cost.

 

Return Policy for Gift Baskets

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be no exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, Printamentals will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Printamentals and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by an e-mail to info@printamentals.com. Claims will not be accepted via the phone for gift baskets.

If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with their gift, you may certainly return it.

1.            If the gift is simply not wanted, or the recipient or purchaser is not satisfied you may ship it back to Printamentals at your own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and un tampered with.

2.            If the gift is damaged or we have made an error: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However if we cannot call tag the gift, no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added and a $20.00 minimum charge per order will be deducted from the refund credit to be issued to the customer. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Printamentals and any address correction fees.

We do not allow returns on bulk orders. If you have a concern about the quality of a product, please order a sample prior to placing your bulk order.  

We do not allow returns on Skinny Dip Candles. If you have a concern about the quality of this product, please contact us.

Address Correction Fee

All orders require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees. Printamentals charges a $15.00 address correction fee.

Change Fee

Once your order is submitted to Printamentals it will be considered ‘in processing’.  Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25.00 per order as we process our orders very quickly.  Changes include but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc.  Changes submitted via email will be made and charged without notice to your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship all personalized gift items within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise.  We will ship all candle and favor items within 5-6 business days.  Although our production team can accommodate most circumstances, please place orders as far in advance as possible. All orders ship via our Ground Saver Services, delivered by UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS.  This is chosen by Printamentals at the time of shipping.  All SHIPPING UPGRADES (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) as well as ALL INTERNATIONAL shipments will ship via UPS only.

We do offer rush shipping on personalized gift items. Engraved orders will ship within 24 business hours and your Candle or Favor order will ship within 3 business days of order receipt if received by 12 p.m. CST.  A RUSH FEE must be indicated on the order  If you put RUSH on your order, your order will be expedited and you WILL be charged the $15.00 fee. RUSH will expedite processing time only.  Please upgrade your shipping as well if needed.

All gift basket orders placed with 2 Day or Next day air shipping by 12:00 PM CST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Air orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.

Please contact us for all APO, FPO, PO Boxes. Fruit and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments.
